The room was decently clean and the breakfast was pretty good. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings with great mountain views. the hotel was close enough to the ski resort, which offered some great slopes.
the heating system stopped working on the first night and the staff wasn't very attentive to our complaints.

Our room had sheets and blankets and not quilts, but most other rooms did. heating ventilation was not easy to control

I had an amazing stay here! The staff went above and beyond to help me, even giving me a lift when the roads were blocked by snow. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive from the ski station. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a ski getaway.

Guests have praised the clean and comfortable accommodations, with spacious rooms and well-equipped bathrooms. the staff has been described as friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. the breakfast, although slightly expensive, offers a good variety of options. the hotel also offers great views of the surrounding area, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful scenery.
The main electric heater in the room had some issues and didn't work properly, leaving the room cold during the night.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety. The hotel also had a beautiful view of the mountain range and was located near excellent restaurants and shops.
We must mention that the heating in our room did not work properly. Despite our complaints, the staff failed to fix the issue, leaving us shivering throughout the night.
